Cancellation Policy

check 1. All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable. check 2. No postponement, rescheduling, or credit note is permitted for requests made within 72 hours prior to check-in. check 3. Requests received more than 72 hours before check-in may be considered at management's sole discretion, subject to availability and applicable charges. check 4. No-show, late arrival, or early departure will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount. check 5. Weekend, holiday, festive, peak season, promotional and package bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable unless stated otherwise.

check 6. The resort is not liable for cancellations due to personal emergencies, weather, travel disruptions or circumstances beyond the guest's control. check 7. Cancellation/modification requests must be made through the official booking channel and acknowledged in writing. check 8. Management reserves the right to amend these policies without prior notice. check 9. By confirming a booking, guests accept these policies.

check 1. Full/advance payment is required to confirm reservations. All bookings are subject to availability. check 2. Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. check 3. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests. check 4. Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the room. check 5. Children below 5 years can stay complimentary when sharing the existing bed with their parents. Children aged 5 years and above will be charged as per the applicable rates mentioned on the official website or at the time of booking. Extra beds are chargeable. check 6. Pets are not permitted unless approved by the management. check 7. Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property.

check 8. Use of the swimming pool, spa and recreational facilities is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult. check 9. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless approved by the management. check 10. Visitors are permitted only in designated areas and room access requires prior approval. check 11. Consumption of illegal substances or unlawful activities may result in immediate eviction without refund. check 12. Items left behind will be retained for up to 30 days. Courier charges, if any, will be borne by the guest. check 13. The management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay without refund in case of misconduct or policy violations. check 14. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Amour Resort & Spa is located.
